Prenatal Visits

Prenatal visits with a doula are nothing like your typical medical appointment. Think of them as your personal pep talks, where we dive into all things birth-related. Together, we’ll chat about your hopes, your worries, and everything in between. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and confident as you prepare for the big day. Whether it’s creating your birth plan, practicing comfort techniques, or just talking through what’s on your mind, I’m here to help you feel empowered and ready to rock your birth journey.

BIRTH PLANNING & PREP

Birth is unpredictable, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a plan. Together, we’ll talk through your goals, values, and any preferences you have for your birth experience. We’ll also cover what to expect, how to navigate the unexpected, and ways to stay calm and centered no matter how things unfold. By the end, you’ll have a plan that feels just right for you—one that reflects your vision and sets the stage for a positive, fulfilling birth.

My goal is to empower women during labor and delivery by offering comprehensive support every step of the way. Together, we'll focus on breathing and relaxation exercises, soothing massage, strategic positioning and movement, and unwavering advocacy for your birth preferences. While I’m not a certified lactation consultant, I’m here to guide you through the basics of breastfeeding with practical tips and encouragement. Whether you’re just starting or working through challenges, we’ll work together to help you build a strong and successful breastfeeding relationship with your baby. As a faith-centered doula, I walk with you through every step, ensuring that you feel God's presence in this miraculous journey. While homebirth and postpartum support are my specialties, I recognize that every birth is unique.
